What this world needs is a New Revolution! MISTRAM believe this with every inch of their soul. You can hear it in their music, and feel it when you see them play. Through their own unique and somewhat comedic way, each member of MISTRAM embodies the puristic approach to incredible and passionate music that is lacking in so much of the worlds current musical culture. MISTRAM, literally singing from the mountain tops, will capture your musical imagination and take you on a journey leaving you physically and spiritually fulfilled.
Strong, driving three part harmonies, the velvet tones of Mr Tim Pitchford, the sexy grooves and smooth moves of Bassist and Musical Master Brent Henshaw and the turbulence and intensity of lead guitarist Mars and his insatiable need to write timeless classics.
MISTRAM wholeheartedly give themselves to help those in need. Not just by creating and sharing awesome original music... Not just performing amazing live shows to inspire and possibly change peoples lives... But by bridging the generational gap of musical culture in this world today and giving the common and uncommon man alike the voice to be heard... Loud and clear!
Proudly Gold Coast based, MISTRAM have played, and continue to play, a number of local and regional gigs as well as supporting and sharing the stage with some great Australian acts such as The Angels, Phil Emmanuel, Wanita & the Honkytonk Bar Dwellers, just to name a few. With eyes set for the big stages, MISTRAM hope to deliver their message inspired by the 'New Revolution' to audiences all over the country (and eventually, the world!) and are planning their debut tour in early 2017. This tour will see them up and down the East and Central Coasts of Australia playing at timeless venues that really appreciate and encompass the Australian live music culture.
Comparing themselves to the kings and queens of yesteryear that dared to break the moulds that bound them in conformity and Pop culture; They dare NOT to remain the same as everybody else... They dare to be different... and be MISTRAM!
