We can create all those intimate and tender moments during your ceremony, the ambient atmosphere for your cocktail hour, through to the celebration of your first dance, followed by an evening of world class entertainment that has everyone rushing to the dance floor!
Our packages can be tailored to suit the style, genre and atmosphere you wish to create. To suit your tastes, you can choose one of our hand picked, exceptionally talented, versatile artists, who can perform live all the songs that are special to you -- the song you walk down the aisle -- your entrance song as a married couple -- daddy/ daughter dance -- and that very special first dance.
We will work closely with you throughout the entire process. Our boutique and personalised service ensures the planning of your special day is stress-free and seamless. We are excited to create all those memorable touches, and a tailor your atmosphere which is completely unique to you.
Our easy and all inclusive packages includes your own dedicated Wedding Consultant, who will meticulously plan your day down to the finest detail. You can relax and enjoy your special day while McGee will take care of the rest.
The complete wedding entertainment package [8 HOURS]
CEREMONY Creating a beautiful atmosphere prior to the anticipated arrival of the Bride or Groom, your guests will enjoy a Solo Performance with a Singer/Guitarist (or similar). As you walk down the aisle to your chosen song performed live, magic will be experience by all. 60 minutes
COCKTAIL HOUR While your photos are being taken, your guests will be entertained with a Solo Performance by a Singer/Guitarist (or similar) 60 minutes
DJ To perform inviting background music as your guests arrive at the Reception Venue.
DINNER Cool, laid back tunes as you and your guests enjoy your delicious meal with either a live performance or DJ set*
DANCE - RECEPTION Enjoy live your chosen Artist to perform as Solo, Duo, Trio, 4 piece or 5 piece - playing all your favourite tunes including your First Dance & Daddy Daughter Dance 3 sets of 50 minutes
DJ to complete the evening to mix up the dance floor with your favourite tunes till the evening concludes including your bouquet/ garter toss and farewell song. You and your guests can also make requests!
PRODUCTION Price includes a high quality PA, DJ System, all instruments.

ENQUIRE NOW FOR THE COMPLETE WEDDING ENTERTAINMENT PACKAGE
The Complete Wedding Package is based on a selection of our Artists subject to the performers availability. Additional fees for production may apply based on the number of guests or location. The Complete Wedding Entertainment Package is based on 8 hours entertainment commencing from the start time of set one.
In any package, the arrangement includes a lead artist [who may or may not also perform an instrument] plus players [such as bass, keys, drums]. If you wish to have a second lead artist [such as a second female vocalist], the fee is an additional $250 + GST to the package rate.
Interstate performances are available.
Additional rates apply for The Lamplights, Angie Narayan, Russ Walker, JFUNK, Josh Lovegrove, James Fox Higgins and Empire.
The catchment zone for our travel fees INCLUDED within the package is Maleny to Byron Bay township. Heading west, the catchment zone goes as far as Laidley. Sunshine Coast: A standard $100 per performer fee is applicable. Outside of those zones, a small travel fee will apply per number of artists you book.
RATE - 55c per additional KM marked from the closest town to the venue destination. McGee will happily provide you an accurate quote.
$100 + GST per hour DJ/ $200 + GST per hour Solo/ $250 + GST per hour Duo / $300 + GST Trio /$350 + GST 4-piece / $400 + GST 5-piece.
Holiday surcharge is applicable to any packages for events that occur between 24 December - 7 January.
CANCELLATION FEE STRUCTURE
Although we do not charge a deposit, a cancellation fee would apply if the event cancels or to decide to cancel the artist/s once you’ve signed the agreement. The reason for this is our artists are full time professionals who are highly sought after. The Artist has taken your booking in good faith and they likely would have turned away other work.
Should the event cancel, or the client cancels the agreement 30 days or more prior to the appearance/event date, 50% of the Artist fee is payable.
Should the event cancel, or the client cancels the agreement 30 days or less prior to the appearance/ event date, 100% of the Artist fee is payable.
Your cancellation must be received in writing/email. Payment will be due 6 weeks from the date of cancellation.
Should you need to change the date, in most circumstances we can accommodate this with NO additional charge providing notice is received 90 days prior to the original event.
Payment is not due until 3 business days prior to the event or you are welcome to make 4 equal instalments at your leisure. Payment is to be made by direct debit (bank transfer) or credit card. A receipt will be sent to you once payment has been received. Credit card payments incur a 3.5% fee.
