The majority of our leading artists double as DJs, so the benefits for you are; a seamless transition between live + DJ sets, DJ sets during artist + band breaks - meaning you have ‘atmosphere’ throughout the entire evening, and lastly, the most cost-effective solution which saves you paying for two separate suppliers and equipment. *exchange any live set for a DJ set

GENERAL
To lock in The Ultimate Party Package, we require you to sign a formal quote with a 25% non-refundable deposit/ booking fee
Final payment is not due until due 14 days prior to your event
PAYMENT OPTIONS include BANK TRANSFER or CREDIT CARD
Certain artists fall outside of the standard pricing structure - please contact McGee for most accurate pricing
For any bookings that confirm within 8 weeks prior to the event, the deposit/ booking fee will be due 14 days upon confirming, with the final balance due 14 days prior to the event
For any bookings that confirm within 30 days prior to the event, the deposit/ booking fee will be due 7 days upon confirming, with the final balance due 7 days prior to the event
For any bookings that confirm within 14 days prior to the event, final payment will be due within 7 days upon confirming
TRAVEL
McGee complimentary travel catchment zones | QLD Tweed, Gold Coast, Brisbane
SYD 80km radius of Sydney City
Maleny: $100 per performer fee is applicable
Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Byron Bay: $150 per performer fee is applicable
Outside of those zones, a small travel fee will apply per number of artists you book
RATE - 85c per additional KM marked from the closest town to the venue destination - McGee will happily provide you an accurate quote
PERFORMANCE LOCATIONS
The number of performance locations / set-ups included with the package:
3 or 4 HOUR PACKAGE - one performance location
5+ HOUR PACKAGE - cocktail/ pre-function performance location + main event space location
If you need an additional performance location move outside of your package allocation, there is a $100 + GST fee applicable
Please allow 15 -20 minutes for your artist/ duo to move between locations.
NOTE: Once a band [trio+ with drum kit] is set-up, they are unable to move as set-up requires 90 minutes
