With years of experience and extensive industry knowledge, McGee planning can assist you in curating, creating and delivering your beautiful wedding

McGee planning is an exclusive, boutique and personalised service with a dedicated event producer, therefore, we only offer limited capacity per month for this service. By limiting our capacity, it ensures our team can fully dedicate our resources to execution of your special day, allowing you to relax and enjoy every moment

PARTIAL WEDDING + VENDOR PLANNING

If you have your ceremony and reception booked, and you’re simply after additional help booking your wedding vendors (e.g. photographer, videographer, entertainment [of course!], cake designer, decor, etc) we can help!

Using our shortlist of preferred suppliers, we will listen to your event vision, style brief and budget

We’ll consult with our network and provide you with a shortlist of three vendors for each category and using a comparison chart indicate the vendor which best suits your needs and arrange a time for you to meet with them - if required

Once you’ve selected your preferred vendors, we’ll help you to negotiate your package making sure you have all the inclusions you need (and nothing you don’t)

$999 - $1,999 + GST | Includes: In-person consultation over a coffee to discuss the vision of your special day, site visit to ceremony + reception location, vendor short list, comparison chart, contract negotiation and budget management

ON-THE-DAY COORDINATION - FULL DAY

For larger bespoke weddings, or an affair where you’ve booked more vendors than you can keep track of, then it’s likely to be more work than you need to be dealing with on your day. Naturally we’ll take care of the details and follow up with your vendors, confirming every booking two weeks prior to the event. On your big day we will be there to set up, style (according to your brief and guidelines), oversee and ensure that everyone is on task while problem solving the inevitable curve balls.  We’ll work with you and the venue to determine the best way to structure your formalities as well as write up your run sheet for you, and circulate to your vendors 

$1,499 + GST* subject to requirements | Includes: 8 service hours on the day, final 1 preparation meeting, run sheet preparation, unlimited email correspondence and 1 Event Producer.  Pricing does not include end of event pack-down.  Additional hours: $100 + GST. Additional assistant: $400 + GST.  Travel included within our complimentary McGee catchment zone

 

  • ON-THE-DAY COORDINATION - FULL DAY INCLUSIONS

    -Welcoming + hosting guests 

    -Our wedding day emergency kit 

    -Consolidated & unlimited email correspondence from the date of our handover meeting

    -Liaising with supplies in the week leading up to your wedding day to confirm inventory + bump in/out 

    -Setting up all the areas of your celebration; ceremony, canapés + reception 

    -Coordination of all your suppliers; ensuring they are on time and on task 

    -Communication with the celebrant + musicians to cue the bride & her party

    -Ceremony pack up - if required 

    -Assisting the photographer 

    -Creation of an extensive run sheet and styling brief with distribution to the bridal couple and suppliers 

    -Liaising with the MC to keep the reception running on time 

    -Full day of time + schedule management 

    -Keeping the caterers informed of timelines  

    -Ensuring the cake knife is ready and the microphone is on

    -Making quick decisions + problem solving to ensure a smooth + seamless wedding delivery  

 

ON-THE-DAY COORDINATION - HALF DAY

Having your wedding run smoothly is a high priority, but you don’t require full day coverage, then this package is for you. Allow us to assist you during the more formal element of your day to ensure everything is smooth and seamless

This package allows us enough time to set up your ceremony and the reception.

We’ll also include prep time with you to meet and discuss your plans for the day, helping you address any last minute anxieties

$1099 + GST | Includes: 5 service hours on the day, final 1 preparation meeting, run sheet preparation, unlimited email correspondence and 1 Event Producer.  Additional hours: $100 + GST. Additional assistant: $400 + GST.  Travel included within our complimentary McGee catchment zone of Byron Bay to Maleny

DISMANTLE + PACK UP - SAME DAY

It’s all very exciting planning the set up and decor of your reception venue. One of the last things on your mind may be what happens after the reception is over. Quite often more popular venues will either have same day or next day “bump out” rules in place for your event

This means having to find a friend or relative who’s able to pack up your decor on your behalf. If this is all too much detail for you to handle, then allow us to help. We’re able to come along and pack down your reception for you following your event, or the next day

$649 + GST | Includes: Same day/next day pack down (depending on venue).  We are also happy to return and deliver items back for you - price will vary with amount of equipment. Dismantle + pack up service can only be booked in conjunction with either a full day or half day on-the-day coordination package

PARTIAL WEDDING + VENDOR PLANNING - $250 OFF any package

ON-THE-DAY COORDINATION – FULL DAY - $250 OFF any package

ON-THE-DAY COORDINATION – HALF DAY - $200 OFF any package

PARTIAL WEDDING + VENDOR PLANNING + ON-THE-DAY COORDINATION [either package] - $500 OFF any package

  • DEPOSIT/ BOOKING FEE

    Upon signing and returning quote, your booking will be considered confirmed in conjunction with a non-refundable 25% deposit/ booking fee.  You have 6 weeks to pay your deposit/ booking fee, or alternatively, a deposit payment plan split into 3 equal payments over 3 months is also available.

    FINAL BALANCE DUE

    Your final balance is due 14 days prior to the wedding, or earlier if you choose.

    BALANCE PAYMENT PLAN

    A payment plan is available for your final balance split over 4 equal payments, spread out evenly over the period of time in the lead up to your wedding.  At the time of confirming your payment plan, separate invoices will be sent for all payments marked as payment 1/ payment 2/ payment 3/ payment 4 etc and their respective due date.
