SEAMLESS PLANNING WITH AN EXPERTLY CURATED RUN SHEET McGee is somewhat famous for our dazzling run sheets. Your dedicated Event Producer will guide the planning and deliver a beautifully curated, detail-rich final run sheet - mapping timings, key transitions, cue points and music moments for a seamless flow. Your artists will also tailor curated set lists to suit your event style and guest demographic, ensuring the energy builds perfectly across the night and your entertainment feels effortless, elevated, and absolutely on point

CHOOSE AN ARTIST You choose an artist or band that aligns with your style and musical tastes. Our diverse range of artists covers all genres from pop, RnB, soul, jazz, funk, country and everywhere in between from contemporary through to the classics

BUMP IN & SOUND CHECK To ensure everything feels effortless (and sounds incredible), your artists will arrive a minimum of 2 hours prior to guest arrival to complete a full professional bump-in and sound check. This includes a smooth 90-minute bump-in for setup, a 30-minute sound check to balance levels for the room, plus a short grace window so everything is performance-ready before guests step in - seamless delivery, premium production, and zero disruption to your event flow

COCKTAIL HOUR + WELCOME MIXER As your guests arrive, they will be entertained with a Trio performance[subject to which arrangement you book] to include two lead artists [choice of male + male vocals or male + female vocals], guitar, sax* - the perfect ambience to set the tone for the night. 60 minutes *subject to line-up booked

DINNER Cool, laid back tunes as you and your guests enjoy your delicious meal with a live performance by your Artists. 50 minutes

DANCE A show-stopping performance as your Artists performs as either Solo, Duo, DJ or 3,4, 5, 6, 7 or 8-piece band [see band arrangements below] - playing all your favourite dance hits! 2 sets of 50 minutes or substitute the cocktail hour or dinner set for another dance set

DJ to complete the evening to mix up the dance floor with your favourite tunes till the evening concludes including between artist breaks or as required

  • GENERAL

    Additional fees for production may apply based on the number of guests or location

    Additional rates apply for certain artists such as The Fonoti Brothers, Po Bros, Malibu Crew, Angie Narayan, Oscar Richardson, Josh Lovegrove, Bec Kneen and JFunk

    For any bookings that confirm within 8 weeks prior to the event, the deposit/ booking fee will be due 14 days upon confirming, with the final balance due 14 days prior to the event

    For any bookings that confirm within 30 days prior to the event, the deposit/ booking fee will be due 7 days upon confirming, with the final balance due 7 days prior to the event

    For any bookings that confirm within 14 days prior to the event, final payment will be due within 7 days upon confirming

    TRAVEL

    McGee complimentary travel catchment zones including QLD Tweed, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Maleny

    SYD 100km radius of Sydney City

    Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Byron Bay: A standard $150 per performer fee is applicable

    Outside of those zones, a small travel fee will apply per number of artists you book

    RATE - 85c per additional KM marked from the closest town to the venue destination.  McGee will happily provide you an accurate quote

    TIME EXTENSION

    $200 + GST per hour DJ | $300 + GST per hour Solo | $400 + GST per hour Duo | $500 + GST Trio | $600 + GST 4-piece | $700 + GST 5-piece  

    Holiday surcharge is applicable to any packages for events that occur between 24 December - 7 January

    PERFORMANCE LOCATIONS

    The number of performance locations / set-ups included with the package:

    3 or 4 HOUR PACKAGE - one performance location

    5+ HOUR PACKAGE - cocktail/ pre-function performance location + main event space location

    If you need an additional performance location move outside of your package allocation, there is a $100 + GST fee applicable

    Please allow 15 -20 minutes for your artist/ duo to move between locations.

    NOTE: Once a band [trio+ with drum kit] is set-up, they are unable to move as set-up requires 90 minutes
