The Twilight Entertainment Package is based on smaller events with 120 guests or less - additional fees for production may apply based on the number of guests or location

Additional rates may apply for certain artists

For any bookings that confirm within 8 weeks prior to the event, the deposit/ booking fee will be due 14 days upon confirming, with the final balance due 14 days prior to the event

For any bookings that confirm within 30 days prior to the event, the deposit/ booking fee will be due 7 days upon confirming, with the final balance due 7 days prior to the event

For any bookings that confirm within 14 days prior to the event, final payment will be due within 7 days upon confirming

To lock in The Twilight Entertainment Package, we require you to sign a formal quote with a 25% non-refundable deposit/booking fee [30 days to pay upon confirming]

TRAVEL

McGee complimentary travel catchment zones | QLD Tweed, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Maleny | SYD 80km radius of Sydney City

Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Byron Bay: A standard $100 per performer fee is applicable

Outside of those zones, a small travel fee will apply per number of artists you book

RATE - 85c per additional KM marked from the closest town to the venue destination - McGee will happily provide you an accurate quote
