All Inclusive Reception Package

THE ALL INCLUSIVE RECEPTION PACKAGE [6 hours] covers your whole evening of entertainment featuring live music and DJ!

The package can be tailored to suit the style, genre and atmosphere you wish to create by our hand picked, exceptionally talented, versatile artists.  


COCKTAIL HOUR While your photo's are being taken, your guests will be entertained with a live performance by your chosen Artist - Solo or Duo arrangement.  60 minutes

DJ SET to perform inviting background music as your guests arrive for the commencement of the Reception. 30 - 60 minutes

RECEPTION Your chosen Artist to perform as Solo, Duo, Trio, 4 piece or 5 piece - playing all your favourite tunes including your Entrance Song, First Dance & Daddy Daughter Dance 3 sets of 50 minutes

DJ to complete the evening to mix up the dance floor with your favourite tunes till the evening concludes.

PRODUCTION Price includes a high quality PA, DJ system and all instruments.

EXTRAS The PA is available for your speeches/ guaranteed set up and soundcheck completed prior to your guests arrival/ A dedicated Wedding Consultant to plan your Wedding perfectly down to the finest detail/ Music played during break sets tailored to your specifications/ Any special requests whether performed by the Artist or DJ.  We have an extremely extensive DJ library.  Our Artists are more than happy to learn your special songs.

To lock in the All Inclusive Reception Package, we do not require a deposit.  Payment is not due until due 3 days prior to your event.

The All Inclusive Reception Package is based on a selection of our Artists subject to the performers availability. 

Interstate performances are available. 

Additional rates apply for The Lamplights, Angie Narayan, Michael Eotvos, Russ Walker, Benny Hanna, Matt Cornell and Nik Conomos. 

The catchment zone for our travel fees INCLUDED within the package is Maleny to Byron Bay township.  Heading west, the catchment zone goes as far as Laidley.

    Outside of those zones, a small travel fee will apply per number of artists you book.


    55c per additional KM marked from the closest town to the venue destination.  

    Example: Noosa Heads

    Maleny to Noosa Heads - 80km - $44 each way

    McGee will happily provide you an accurate quote.

NIK CONOMOS: Included within either the All Inclusive Reception Package or The Complete Wedding Entertainment Package is Nik providing straight DJ services.  For 'Singing DJ sets' there is an additional surcharge of $200 to any package. 

The Complete Wedding Entertainment Package is based on 8 hours entertainment commencing from the start time of set one.  If you would like to extend the package, the cost is an additional $200 per hour.  

The All Inclusive Reception Package is based on 6 hours entertainment commencing from the start time of set one.  If you would like to extend the package, the cost is an additional $200 per hour.  

Holiday surcharge is applicable to any packages for events that occur between 24 December - 7 January.

Although we do not charge a deposit, a cancellation fee would apply if the event cancels or to decide to cancel the artist/s once you’ve signed the agreement.  

The reason for this is our artists are full time professionals who are highly sought after.  The Artist has taken your booking in good faith and they likely would have turned away other work.

Cancellation fee structure:

Should the event cancel, or the client cancels the agreement 30 days or more prior to the appearance/event date, 50% of the Artist fee is payable.  

Should the event cancel, or the client cancels the agreement 30 days or less prior to the appearance/ event date, 100% of the Artist fee is payable.

Your cancellation must be received in writing/email.  Payment will be due 6 weeks from the date of cancellation.  

Should you need to change the date, in most circumstances we can accommodate this with NO additional charge providing notice is received 90 days prior to the original event.

Payment is not due until 3 days prior to the event. We issue your invoice approximately 15 days prior to the event.  Payment is to be made by direct debit (bank transfer) or credit card.  You may request to pay this earlier if you desire.  A receipt will be sent to you once payment has been received. Credit card payments incur a 3.5% fee.
