CHOOSE YOUR ARTIST You choose an artist that aligns with your style and musical tastes! Our diverse range of artists covers all genres from pop, R&B, soul, jazz, funk, country and everywhere in between
CEREMONY Creating a beautiful atmosphere prior to the anticipated arrival of the Bride or Groom, your guests will enjoy a Solo or Duo performance by a Singer/Guitarist (or similar) with soft, acoustic music. As you walk down the aisle to your chosen song performed live, magic will be experienced by all. Signing of the Registry and your Congratulated Song can also be performed live. 60 minutes
COCKTAIL HOUR While your photos are being taken, your guests will be entertained with a Solo or Duo performance by a Singer/Guitarist (or similar) creating the perfect, ambient music to enjoy a glass of bubbles, or two! 60 minutes
DJ To perform inviting background music as your guests arrive at the Reception space - we ensure there is atmosphere at every moment
DINNER Cool, laid back tunes as you and your guests enjoy your delicious meal with either a live performance by your chosen Artist. 60 minutes
EXTEND TO A 5 OR 6 HOUR PACKAGE to include your First Dance, Daddy + Daughter Dance and Dessert until the close of the night with your choice of either live music, DJ or a mix of both! 60 minutes - 120 minutes

DETAILED + PERSONALISED RUN SHEET Our boutique and personalised service ensure the planning of your special day is stress-free and easy with a dedicated wedding consultant. We will issue your detailed and personalised run sheet 7 days prior to the Wedding

FURTHER PACKAGE TERMS
The breakdown of the package consists of:
30-mins pre-ceremony music as guests arrive | 30 - 40 mins ceremony | 15 - 20 minutes to move to the cocktail performance location | x2 live cocktail sets of 60-min sets OR x1 live cocktail set of 60-mins + x1 live dinner set of 60-mins, with 30-min DJ break in between and then any additional time thereafter
The package can be extended at an additional $100 + GST per hour for DJ, or $200 + GST per hour for live music
Complimentary bump-in time is 45-minutes - if you require an earlier bump-in, the cost is $50 + GST per 30-minutes
No supplier meal is required when booking the 4-hour package; however, a snack/refreshment is appreciated. A supplier meal is required when booking the 5 or 6 hour package
The Ambience Package is available for a select number of musicians – contact McGee for further information
For any bookings that confirm within 8 weeks prior to the event, the deposit/ booking fee will be due 14 days upon confirming, with the final balance due 14 days prior to the event
For any bookings that confirm within 30 days prior to the event, the deposit/ booking fee will be due 7 days upon confirming, with the final balance due 7 days prior to the event
For any bookings that confirm within 14 days prior to the event, final payment will be due within 7 days upon confirming
TRAVEL
McGee complimentary travel catchment zones | QLD Tweed, Gold Coast, Brisbane | SYD 80km radius of Sydney City
Maleny: $50 per performer fee is applicable | Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Byron Bay: $100 per performer fee is applicable
Outside of those zones, a small travel fee will apply per number of artists you book
RATE - 85c per additional KM marked from the closest town to the venue destination. McGee will happily provide you an accurate quote
