This exclusive experience offers a seamless musical backdrop of soft acoustic melodies, filling every moment of your ceremony with magic and eliminating any trace of silence. Imagine a gentle acoustic soundtrack underscoring the most heartfelt parts of your vows, adding an exquisite layer of romance and emotion that will be remembered forever
Each ceremony is thoughtfully tailored to reflect your unique love story, blending perfectly with your chosen setting, style, and atmosphere. Whether it's a beachside vow exchange or a garden celebration, this live acoustic accompaniment elevates the entire experience
The experience begins by setting a beautiful atmosphere before the highly anticipated arrival of the Bride or Groom. Guests will be treated to a captivating solo or duo performance (or similar) with soft, acoustic music
As you walk down the aisle to your chosen song performed live, beauty will be experienced by all. Signing of the Registry and your Congratulated Song can also be performed live -60 minutes
COCKTAIL HOUR
While your photos are being taken, your guests will be entertained with a Solo or Duo performance by a Singer/Guitarist (or similar) creating the perfect, ambient music to enjoy a glass of bubbles, or two! 60 minutes
DJ
To perform inviting background music as your guests arrive at the Reception space - we ensure there is atmosphere at every moment
DINNER TUNES
Cool, laid back tunes as you and your guests enjoy your delicious meal with either a live performance or DJ set*
DANCE - RECEPTION
Time to get the party started! Enjoy your chosen Artist as either Solo, Duo, Trio, 4 piece, 5 piece, 6 piece or 7 piece - playing all your favourite songs + dance anthems!
Expect a full dance floor with our high energy, flawless performance ensuring you and your guests have the best night possible! Would you like your First Dance & Parents Dance performed live also? No probs!
*3 live sets of 50 minutes over the Reception, not including Cocktail Hour or DJ time
DJ DANCE
DJ to complete the evening to mix up the dance floor with your favourite tunes till the evening concludes including your bouquet/ garter toss and farewell song. You and your guests can also make requests

To lock in the Ultimate Ever After Elegance Package, we require you to sign a formal quote with a 25% non-refundable deposit/ booking fee
You have 6 weeks to pay or McGee offers a number of different payment plans to suit
Final payment is not due until due 14 days prior to your event
PAYMENT OPTIONS include BANK TRANSFER, CREDIT CARD OR APPLE PAY
For any bookings that confirm within 8 weeks prior to the event, the deposit/ booking fee will be due 14 days upon confirming, with the final balance due 14 days prior to the event
For any bookings that confirm within 30 days prior to the event, the deposit/ booking fee will be due 7 days upon confirming, with the final balance due 7 days prior to the event
For any bookings that confirm within 14 days prior to the event, final payment will be due within 7 days upon confirming
Additional fees for production may apply based on the number of guests or location
If you wish to have a second lead artist [such as a second female vocalist], the fee is an additional $400 + GST to the package rate
Additional rates apply for certain artists such as; Fonoti Brothers, Malibu Crew, Po Bros, Angie Narayan, Oscar Richardson and JFunk - please contact McGee for most accurate pricing
TRAVEL
McGee complimentary travel catchment zones including QLD Tweed, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Maleny
SYD 100km radius of Sydney City
Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Byron Bay: a standard $150 per performer fee is applicable
Outside of those zones, a small travel fee will apply per number of artists you book
RATE - 85c per additional KM marked from the closest town to the venue destination - McGee will happily provide you an accurate quote
TIME EXTENSION
$200 + GST per hour DJ | $300 + GST per hour Solo | $400 + GST per hour Duo | $500 + GST Trio | $600 + GST 4-piece | $700 + GST 5-piece
Holiday surcharge is applicable to any packages for events that occur between 24 December - 7 January
PERFORMANCE LOCATIONS
This package includes 3 performance locations - CEREMONY, COCKTAIL + RECEPTION
If you need an additional performance location move outside of your package allocation, there is a $100 + GST fee applicable
Please allow 15 -20 minutes for your artist/ duo to move between locations.
NOTE: Once a band [trio+ with drum kit] is set-up, they are unable to move as set-up requires 90 minutes
COMPLIMENTARY BOTTLE OR HAMPER BONUS
This bonus is delivered as a beautiful gift hamper (valued at approx. $100), with your choice of champagne, white wine, red wine, rosé or non-alcoholic. Once your deposit is paid, it will be arranged within 14 business days and coordinated via the main email on your booking. Not transferable and not redeemable for cash or any substitute. -
ARRANGEMENTS
If booking SOLO, you can have the following Reception options
OPTION ONE- x1 live Cocktail set, x1 live Dinner set, x1 live Dance set, DJ Dance Set till close of night
OPTION TWO- x1 live Cocktail set, x1 live Dinner set, First Dance + Parents Dance may be performed live, DJ Dance Set till close of night
DUO OR BAND - If you would like full live dance sets for your Reception, you must book a minimum of DUO with two lead artists or BAND [trio - 6-piece+]
